How do migration patterns play a role in luxury real estate? As an agent, you need to know where people from your state are moving to and where they’re coming from. A lot of people have been moving over the last six months or buying second homes and vacation properties.
The National Association of Realtors just came out with some data that shows where people are moving to from your state and where people are coming to your state from. It’s important to know what these patterns are, especially in this COVID-19 period.
This goes hand in hand with building relationships with agents all over the country and the world. Knowing those migration patterns will let you focus in on where the top destination markets are and who you can refer those clients to. “A lot of people are buying second homes right now.”
