We’re hosting live events again, and our most recent gatherings have been fantastic!
I’m happy to announce that we’ve begun doing live events once again. At our most recent event, we invited 70 top-producing agents from 19 different states to AXR Winery in Napa California. We hosted our LUXE Designation training program and then toured both an $18 million home and a $16.5 million equestrian estate.
Ryan Weyandt, CEO of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance (https://realestatealliance.org/), spoke at our gathering—his organization has its own event coming up in September. It’s bound to be a great place to network, so I recommend you try to attend. We also had the CEO of eXp Realty and many other industry leaders speak as well. It was a fantastic time, and we received some excellent feedback from those who attended. I also did an event in Florida at Cardone University, where Grant Cardone, author of “The 10x Rule,” gave a great talk about mindset in the real estate business.

If you’re thinking about entering the luxury market and creating your own luxury division, I highly recommend getting designated as a Luxury Listing Specialist at one of these events. It can help you differentiate yourself from the competition, and it’s allowed us to land a fantastic deal recently with an NFL superstar. These things don’t happen unless you put yourself out there as a specialist.
