Recently, we just hosted another in-person Luxury Designation event in Chicagoland at the Medinah Country Club. Agents from all over the country flew in to learn the latest tips to dominate selling luxury homes and how to sharpen their skills to work smarter, not harder.
We hand-picked the Medinah Country Club because it’s a very exclusive club, and we wanted the message and the location to go hand-in-hand with the LUXE experience.
Some takeaways from the event were:
Be more confident
Video content is very important
It’s not the market, it’s the marketing
Show your worth
Make marketing fun and outside the box.
Most importantly, when agents come to these events I want them to focus on their mindset and break down those barriers that tell them they can’t sell luxury homes.
We also wanted to make this event memorable, so what better way of doing that than to bring in The Blues Brothers! And that was all just on day one….
Day two included two luxury mansion tours—one on the market for $6.5 million and the other on the market for $10.5 million. Agents were able to take pictures and some live videos for their social media. We asked these agents what they would emphasize if these were their listings and what their marketing practices would be.
