How can you engage your current and past clients? I’m not just talking about them liking and leaving comments on your social media posts. This goes far beyond that. If you’re not sure how to do this, here are some tips that will help you engage your past and present clients:
- Talk about the different things to do in your neighborhood. Highlight things and activities you like about your community. You can also ask your clients what they enjoy doing during the summer/fall/winter or what their favorite holidays are.
- Spotlight local businesses. The best way to get a referral is to give a referral, so try to spotlight your local businesses. Mention the places where you like to dine or visit. By doing this, these businesses are more likely to return the favor.
- Market updates. This can be as simple as sharing market indicators, such as price reductions, or covering more educational topics, like what your clients can do in a cooling market. Try to come up with topics that are fun and informative. You can also share data such as, “How are home prices this September compared to last September?”
The more engaging you are, the higher the chances of people reaching out to you. Make sure to use these tips to stay top of mind as you build your business.
