I was recently at a Women’s Council of REALTORS® event, and it reminded me of how my journey in this industry started—speaking to agents back in 2009 while still working full-time as a teacher.
It was a full-circle moment.
And it brought me back to something I believe every agent should be doing…

You don’t have to “fit the mold” to join.
You just have to show up.
Too many agents sign up… and never attend.
That’s like joining a mastermind and never logging in.
The value isn’t in the membership.
The value is in the participation.
