One exciting announcement came from Zillow, which just unveiled its Premier Showcase Listing tool. Think of it as a way to bring more eyeballs to your listings and gain better visibility through AI-powered search.
Even more interesting—Zillow now integrates with ChatGPT. This means homebuyers using AI tools could soon discover listings like yours more organically during their search. I’ll be exploring how to leverage this new feature for my own listings to ensure my clients’ properties get maximum exposure.
