I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on how far we've come in the past five years. It seems like just yesterday we were on the brink of unprecedented change. Do you remember Friday the 13th, March 13th, 2020? It was the last day the world as we knew it was open, and since then, our industry has rapidly evolved in response to it.
We've seen a transition to online platforms, with Zoom trainings and FaceTime showings becoming the norm. Despite all the challenges, we've adapted and thrived! I urge you to think about what you're feeding your brain and who you're surrounding yourself with. Are they uplifting you or holding you back? Remember, you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
I want to share some inspiring stories of transformation. Take Casey Anderson, a Florida agent who hadn’t secured a million-dollar-plus listing until she called me for mentorship. I joined her on a $23 million listing appointment, and guess what? She landed the pocket listing! From there, she soared, recently listing a $4 million property. Casey wasn’t afraid to ask for help and took every suggestion to heart—proof that when you put yourself out there, incredible things can happen.
