# Elevate Your Game: Insights from the Nashville Star Power Conference
Hello, everyone! Michael LaFido here, the founder of the Lux designation and author of "Secret to Top Luxury Agents". I'm thrilled to share some highlights and lessons from my recent trip to Nashville for the Star Power Conference.
Continuous learning and networking are essential for staying at the top of your game. Attending conferences like Star Power, where around 400 top agents gather, is a fantastic way to achieve this. I had the honor of presenting my luxury designation training and participating in a luxury panel. The exchange of ideas and strategies was truly inspiring.
One of the conference's highlights was touring a $10 million property with amenities like a full-court basketball court. Beyond the luxury, it was invaluable to meet local agents and understand migration patterns, especially since Nashville is attracting significant wealth.
Our Nashville trip marked our sixth in-person Lux designation training in 2024. Next, we’ll be in Denver, aiming to reach 24 cities over the next year and a half. To expand this mission, we’re seeking additional instructors.
