Recently, we closed some significant deals in the Chicagoland market, including a property worth $3.1 million. The client was a dentist and had just sold his practice. We were thinking of what could make a memorable closing gift. We decided to give them a remarkable item: a Lamborghini wine set. It's beautifully encased, featuring crystal glasses inscribed with 'Lamborghini’ and a striking gold bottle of sparkling wine, which dates back to 1968.
