If you go to www.allied.com, you’ll find a migration tool that shows you where people are moving from and to. It even shows you if your state has a net loss or gain in population.
You should use this information to set up your feeder Realtor networks. If you live in a state people are moving to, reach out to people in states people are leaving. Do the same if you live in a state with a net loss of people. This way, you can build your referral network and grow your business.
