The idea of a matchmaker program is to help buyers who are struggling to find homes. With this, you would create a part of your website that would be dedicated to matchmaker posts, then create nice images to display what your buyer is looking for.
On each post, you would list what the buyer needs, what amenities they want, what area they are looking in, what their price point is, etc. Then you can ask sellers or their agents to reach out if they have a home that fits that description. With this program, people have the opportunity to look at your matchmaker section if they’re going to sell, and they can possibly find the perfect buyer for their property before it even hits the market to avoid all of that hassle.
