It’s official: 2023 is here! Now that we’re in the new year, do you know how you’re going to achieve your goals? Do you even know what your specific goals are? If you haven’t started planning for 2023 yet, don’t worry, it’s not too late. Today I’m explaining a simple concept that will help you plan for prosperity this year.
If you’ve ever been to one of my webinars or in-person events, you know that I’m a huge fan of Tony Robbins. One of my favorite concepts that he created is called the success cycle. Essentially, it comes down to four components: potential, actions, results, and beliefs.
While everyone starts with around the same potential, those agents who take the right actions will naturally see better results. These results will lead to positive, non-limiting beliefs, which will increase your potential. As you can see, success makes it easier to have more success in the future, but it all needs to start with those initial actions.
When you’re planning for this year, think about what you would need to do to increase your business tenfold. What business decisions do you need to make? What team changes do you need to make? Do you need to start delegating less important tasks? Find out how much money you want to make this year and reverse engineer how you can achieve that goal in this calendar year.
