The news is very negative about the state of our economy because “Negative News” is what gets people’s attention. However, as a real estate agent, your job is to be the “news source” to your database. So what are some benefits to buying in today’s market that you can share with your clients?

For example, buyers are in a much better position to negotiate now. Seller repairs, closing costs, inspections, and more are all back on the table. Before, your buyers would have to compete with 20 different people for a home. Now, they’ll likely have much less competition.
The only con is that interest rates are higher, but your buyers probably already know that. Inform them about the benefits of this market, and they’ll trust you as their source of real estate information.
